Academic Project Description

This project is a part of the course MK848 - Marketing Leadership at Boston University's School of Management. The project should address a marketing leadership question or idea that is of deep concern or interest to the student. Furthermore, course frameworks and concepts should be utilized to increase the understanding of the problem at hand.

I have chosen to look at the Supermarket Industry, and what it takes to be a winner in that industry. I choose this industry because I have always been very interested in it, and I have worked in the industry myself for 10 years.
